We’re building transformative intermodal precincts in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond—creating diverse roles across engineering, project management, operations, sustainability, corporate services, and more. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned professional, we value relevant skills, initiative, and a commitment to impact. Many positions offer structured training and mentorship—no prior intermodal experience required.
Our Recruitment and Selection Process
Our process is structured, transparent, and designed to assess fit for both role and culture. What to expect:
- Initial Screening – Our internal Talent Acquisition team will review your application and may contact you for a brief phone or video call.
- First Interview – A 45–60 minute conversation to discuss your experience and alignment to our values and culture.
- Second Interview / Assessment – Depending on the role, this may include a technical discussion, case study, or site visit.
- Reference & Background Checks – If you're identified as the preferred candidate, we'll complete the relevant checks.
- Offer Stage– Successful candidates will receive a formal employment offer.
The full process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on role complexity and candidate availability. We keep you informed at every stage.
