These reports provide a comprehensive overview of our financial performance, infrastructure delivery and progress toward building a more resilient and sustainable national freight network.
The 2025 Annual Report outlines a year of steady growth and delivery, with key milestones achieved across our precincts and partnerships. Our work continues to support the Australian Government’s vision for a more efficient, competitive and low-emission supply chain.
Highlights from the Annual Report include:
- $18 million net profit after tax
- $45 million share of profit from equity accounted investments
- $977 million net assets – a 12% increase on the prior year
- Welcoming Aurizon to the Moorebank Interstate Terminal as part of a successful operational trial
- Commencement of construction on the Moorebank Avenue Realignment project
- Moorebank Intermodal Precinct awarded Project of the Year at the Boomtown 2024 Property & Infrastructure Awards
The 2025 Sustainability Report reflects our continued commitment to embedding environmental and social responsibility into every aspect of our operations. From biodiversity efforts to water efficiency and community engagement, our precincts are being designed with sustainability at their core.
Highlights from the Sustainability Report include:
- 9,500 seedlings planted and 90 hectares weeded across Moorebank’s conservation land
- 519 trees planted within the Moorebank Avenue Realignment corridor—58% above the required ratio
- 85% of water used in construction sourced from non-potable supplies
- 91 local primary school children participated in our Eco Tour Program
