Intermodal precincts | Brisbane
A joint Commonwealth and State Business Case is currently underway for a new South-East Queensland Intermodal Terminal to provide Inland Rail connectivity and extra freight capacity.
National Intermodal will work with the Australian and Queensland Governments on the finalisation of the business case for the Brisbane Terminal. This includes integrating its design with Inland Rail project development, the development of a commercial model for the terminal and opportunities for integration within a broader intermodal logistics precinct.
National Intermodal will bring a national perspective and ensure effective coordination, the application of lessons learnt from the Moorebank development and consistency with intermodal developments along the east coast.
